good: I got new LED spotlight bulbs for my entire room! MUCH COOLER! NO horrid heat given off by awful halogen spotlights!! Lower wattage and thus more energy efficient!!

bad: the bloody electrics in here are bollocks and don't friggin work at all except if you've got the shitty halogen lamps and EVEN THEN a lot of these sockets just... don't friggin work at all. less now that I've put the led bulbs in. *grump*

I thought I posted about this but Kami is inside now. I got her down off the roof because she wouldn't stop yelling, and now she's curled up on my bed. so all is well.

Welp I managed to get the daft bugger down from the roof. She wouldn't stop meowling. Sigh. She's now decided rather than coming back in she's going to sulk outside in shame for her very uncatlike actions.

I swear to god if she's still up there in the morning I'm going to laugh mercilessly at her, but also help her down. she'll be fine for one night regardless.

Kami seriously you are a cat you can jump higher than I can without any issue or effort and you have shock absorbing limbs. You do not need me to help you get down the maybe two feet diagonal distance from the wall to the roof and then the approx four feet to the ground. You really don't. You are fine.

and yet.

she is sitll there, pacing back and forth, meowling pitifully for help. When the distance she fell is MORE than the jump she has to make to get down.

why is my daughter such a dingus. XD

Welp, Kami went out my window, and onto the roof as usual, becuase she's a dingus, and I've had to rescue her from the roof before because she won't stop yelling for help. So now she decided "I KNOW I'LL GO OUT ON THE ROOF EVEN THOUGH I HAVE EXPERIENCED THAT IT WAS A BAD THING BEFORE SURELY THIS TIME IT WILL BE FINE" aaaannnnd

...she slipped. and fell onto the roof of the kitchen. It's not a long fall, she landed okay, she's unharmed.

It's a very short jump to the ground via a wall.
