@outie (the ship's cook is called "Potts" because lol puns lol. also he does not understand this "human food" thing all that well, so while he is absolutely brilliant at making sure the crew gets the right nutrition... they sometimes uh... would rather not. He's getting there tho!

thanks to @outie I have now written up a document detailing some basic ideas for three members of a pirate crew. The seven foot tall, absolute unit of a captain who uses a ship's broadside cannon she's ripped off its moorings as her "pistol", like a bazooka, loading and firing it with her free hand (shot, powder and all), the first mate/butler/navigator who is extremely long suffering but clearly the brains of the operation and very loyal to the captain, and the ship's cook who is a shark dude.

Lol, love how there's Polybius arcade machines in this game.

Of course most of the arcade machines you find are other Wolfire games XD Overgrowth of course, but also Black Shades, Depserate Gods, and Lightning's Shadow. No GLFighters or Lugaru tho! Strange.

so there's a beta of the official minecraft RTX version and... watching a video on it?... holy shit that's... actualyl really impressive realtime raytracing lighting. It... I mean granted it kinda ends up looking like a whole bunch of shaders got turned on with a high res texture pack but... the light bounces, the glass actually lensing the light and refractions, all of that is... really phenomenal.

If your answer was "Ren accidentally hit E instead of R, and muscle memory took over and they hit E AGAIN because they thought they hadn't pressed R properly since the slide didn't rack, and thus ejected, and dropped the magazine, with no bullet chambered, and thus got tasered in the face", you would be exactly correct and also are you friggin' spying on me!?
