instead of jumping on the #playdate bandwagon consider supporting one of the numerous #openHardware gaming consoles
@grainloom I really wish one of those open-platform handhelds would catch on so that if you spent a few years on a game you'd have an audience. I was excited about the nD before that turned out to be vaporware.
At least we've got Nintendo handhelds.
@NovaSquirrel there are also projects like the PocketCHIP and the various Raspberry Pi based consoles and the Odroid Go
