ban capital letters in command names 2017

the first time this happened it was with pcsx2 and i spent 2 hours googling trying to figure out what command i was supposed to use to start the thing before realising it was just "PCSX2"

every time i install something from the repos and the command name begins with a capital letter i spend like 5 minutes trying to figure out what it is and end up feeling like a total dipshit
