almost cried at speech therapy today

is there a word for bein totally fine communicating thru a keyboard but being completely unable to force words outta ur mouth cos that's been my life the past couple days,

my housemates have the amazing ability to take a conversation and immediately steer it into a direction that i dont give a shit about
