i got it working but im too out of it to explain how,
seems to be a unity-wide thing so maybe once my thoughts are clearer i'll write up a guide to making this work
like on a game dev level it seems like it'd be a lot of fun to work on but also i'd love writing the absolutely batshit backstories for the racers
most importantly, it's making the whole process of aligning uvs across several meshes wayyy easier, so, that's cool,
probuilder does look a lot closer to what i'm used to (which is hammer, for better or worse)
im still working on this dream simulator game but im hitting a wall re: making textures on separate models match up perfectly (or at least well enough that players wont notice when they're teleported from one room to another
maybe i'm approaching scene creation wrong? maybe i should be using probuilder?? hmmm
gimp 2.10 looks nice but for some reason my awesomewm rules aren't keeping the dock and toolbar on top, i wonder what could be causing th-
