I didn't see that it specifically addresses the tours Congress members gave to insurrectionists the day before, but I've always understood that they start at the bottom and work their way up, generally speaking. That's what I've seen so far from the DOJ. And, maybe, at some future time, they'll have to answer for it. I'm impatient. I want it now. With a bow, and some sparklers, and maybe a line of Rockettes doing fan-kicks.
