Looking for recommendations for jackets that can fit a gal with a longer wingspan. Something I can wear in a pinch when it's cold but is still fem coded. Just had to throw a big grey zipper hoodie on over this dress for a quick errand and that simply cannot continue.

I'd look for a wool or wool blend jacket that has cuff sleeves. Take it to a tailor shop and have them unstitch the cuffs to make the sleeves longer.
