Based solely on their board members, I'd say it's a concept to get as much money from as many people as they can.

An NFL manager, a "decision-making expert and coach", a corporate attorney, an investment advisor, a "corporate leader", a PayPal person, another investment advisor, and someone from the Susquehana International Group, whatever that is.
