It's just their knee-jerk "own the libs" move. CA has mandated that by 2035 all new car sales must be EVs. So, of course, WY had to do the reverse.
@ScottSoCal These nutjobs are in a frenzy to out-crazy each other and it’s an incredibly significant problem. We’ve become numb to the constant barrage of outrages and they push the envelope even further every day.
It is scary and I hope we get to keep our democracy.
