This is bad.
A new anti-trans bill in West Virginia would ban "transgender exposure to minors" as "obscene matter."
It would add to a law with a 5 year prison term, and to ALL laws around minors in WV.
It must not pass.

I realize it’s just phrasing, but I’m always worried about context.
I’d say it’s been pretty much a crime (whether or not it’s on the books) throughout modern history (and also, y’know further back). There’s a reason “Be Gay. Do Crimes.” became such an immediately and widely adopted phrase, IMO and the cultural link between being queer & trans and criminality is, IMO, the biggest part of it.
