Fun fact: the blood god uses a contract form for covenants. If you review section 3.7.1.4, it specifies that the favor will be performed in exchange for "a" soul, not your or my soul, specifically.
So you can make as many covenants as you want, as long as you have a ready supply of souls to trade.
