@ScottSoCal me too. What I like about it was that besides being funny, which it was, it also really understood the media, social media and the world of Hollywood in creating an image and a narrative.

I write about politics and activism and when I hear people on the left sat, "You just have to tell people the truth!" I cringe. It misses so much of how people perceive their reality. Understanding the multiple ways how others use & manipulate people's perception is important to learn.

@ScottSoCal another book series that really understands the media, PR and behind the scenes machinations for big alien questions is the Not Alone series by Craig Falconer.
