We're working to return a lawn, put in by previous owners, to meadow/wildflowers. In the process, this is what we dug up, a whole mess of plastic. Please tell me people don't still do this. #SaveThePlanet #Microplastics

That mesh is what holds commercial sod together. And yes, they still do it.
@ScottSoCal Ugh. That's so sad. You can't see, but there is also brown mesh, mixed in with the green, from when they originally put sod in, I think.
