OK, I get that. I refer to it as charge level. Sometimes you just need a recharge.

@ScottSoCal @theautisticcoach @actuallyautistic @actuallyautistics @autisticadvocacy Mental and/or physical stamina to deal with something. I have friends with chronic illnesses who say they don't have spoons when they're in too much pain/too weak to do something, for instance.
