What does a neuro-affirming shopping experience look like to you?

No one approaches me to ask if they can help me.
If I do need an answer, someone is available, answers my question, but does not engage in banter.
The cashier does not ask if I found everything I was looking for (if I hadn't would I be in the checkout line?) just rings me up, tells me the total, takes my money, and I leave.
