@AutisticAdam @actuallyautistic every time I talk to the doc or some other specialist, they write down about me : explains a lot and gets bogged down in details..I just really want them to understand me

I'd suggest you keep looking. I finally found - stumbled across, just by chance - a doctor who asks questions, listens to the whole answer, doesn't roll her eyes, doesn't interrupt, and doesn't condescend.
Those kinds of doctors are incredibly rare, but they do exist.
