I was going to suggest that you should put your qualifications prominently in your Mastodon bio, Matt, but I don't think it would make much difference honestly.
@Zumbador @TheGreatLlama @theautisticcoach @actuallyautistic I've noticed that sometimes it's certain autistic people with poor and lazy communication skills who are doing this. Perhaps a pinned post at he top of Matthews profile *might* help, but such responses seem to be from people who fire off responses without even checking a profile bio. Tricky one.

And they seem to travel in packs, and dogpile at the first opportunity. One makes a comment, and it becomes a chorus. I *despise* that kind of piling-on.
