What counts as "unlimited"? Access to all the wealth, tools and workforce of Earth? Or something more?
As someone says below, I'd start with UBI. Then I'd tackle global warming (basically replacing everything I could in the economy with less contaminant alternatives: nuclear power, railways, sailing ships... Finally, I'd start moving mining and heavy industry and eventually agriculture to orbital space, in order to turn Earth into a residential planet.
Oh, I'd need to live like 300 or 500 years to see it through, nevermind.

The first two projects he starts using it for are to provide clean power and clean water, free, everywhere on Earth.
I wrote a mini-novel positioned 5 years after an alien species "conquered" Earth by providing replicators that gave everyone anything they want, for free, and automated medical equipment that cured any disease or injury, then they left. It brought about the complete collapse of society and governments. A new society was just beginning to form. Sort of.
