I lost about that much 15 years ago (215 to 150), but it kept creeping back until I started walking - "brisk" walking. Did it 6 days a week, now cut back to 5 days a week. Somewhere between 5 and 10 miles a day, before work and during work breaks and lunch.
Bonus points, I actually have an ass again, not just 2 oversized pancakes squeezed into jeans.
