This is what the #rightwing has been reduced to; attacking #KamalaHarris for hugging people. It would be hilarious if it wasn't so pathetic. They've got nothing of substance to say about her, so they're attacking her for her #race, her #gender, her laugh, and her hugs. Anything to avoid confronting the fact that she's an amazing, well-qualified #publicServant who's going to kick #Trump's ass in November.

@slcw I personally haven't heard a single ad hominem about her. Most people I know harshly criticize her awful handling of the border crisis.
FWIW, that is a Fox "News" talking point.
The base premise of the statement - that border crossings have increased - is incorrect. They're down.
The premise on top of that - that Harris can or should be standing at the border herself - is also wrong. She was meeting with the countries where the immigrants are coming from, trying to find a way to reduce the flow at the source.
The final premise - that she's done badly - is also wrong. Border crossings are down.
