@theoutrider @dankwraith I've been playing through the game again with my wife and we're running with this mod guide, which maintains the flavor and performs minimal changes, just enhancements. It's pretty decent, though you need to be pretty familiar with modding in that engine to get it all working.
The fixes section is pretty necessary at least IMO, it's a very buggy base game.

@Shadejackrabbit @dankwraith New Vegas is the only (technically) Bethesda game that I haven't had to mod within an inch of its life with mechanics stuff to properly enjoy
