god I miss popcap. just silly arcade games centered around a core mechanic.
i feel like those games should be cheap to make nowadays, and yet i haven't seen much that replicates the sheer charm and fun that's injected into them.
like tell me of a match 3 that has the same charm as the bejeweled series. or a game that has the same charm as bookworm adventures. or peggle. of chuzzle deluxe. or astro pop.

@SteelWool that was one of the few games I didn't play from 'em - it looks like it's from the same era as Big Money
i remember needing to install a VM for Windows XP to play that game, because it was 16-bit or somethin like that lmao
