If like me, you were a child of the '90s, you might remember "ReBoot" β a pioneering 3D animated kids series created by Vancouver's own Mainframe Entertainment.
These documentarians have gotten a hold of the original, uncompressed digital masters. The problem is, they're in the D-1 format.
If anyone in the #retrotech community has access to a Bosch BTS D1, or a comparable D1 player/decoder, I urge you to reach out to @ReBootReWind (on Twitter) to help preserve #ReBoot!

I want Firefox to succeed more than ever and I support Mozilla finding better revenue sources than search engine default sales, but I do not support a $7M salary for its CEO.
I canceled my recurring donation to Mozilla because I need that money more than Mozillaβs CEO needs that money.
If there is a direct funding option of developers working on Firefox, I will happily reallocate that money. Send me links.
I wish to create art, but writing is facilitated more than visual art.
*I use keyboards daily. Can't say the same about a pen.
*Digitization is a must. I'd need new tools and/or tiny canvases.
*Commissioning feels tough due to communication issues.
*And I'm not touching AI.
