Reddit’s mad because python renamed the terminology of “master/slave” for processes to “parent/child”.

Who uses “master/slave” to describe processes anyways?

@salith to my knowledge, Jetbrains still calls it a “child” process but I’ve never used multiprocessing in python so idk
