Food (+++)
@shoofle I didn't bake it myself, but bought it warm at the local bakery.
It's a local specialty to northern Germany called "Gersterbrot".
It's a sourdough rye bread that has has open flames play over it in the middle of baking (iirc).
This seals in the moisture and makes it stay fresh longer, but more importantly: It's super juicy on the inside and super crispy on the outside (and just delicious all-around)!
