I really don't know what they thought when designed this doorbell/intercom/opener thingy...
It only lets me talk to the person at the door and/or OPEN the door when
a) they pressed the button long enough for the bell to complete it's "ring" melody
b) they didn't press another button afterwards!
So when the mail delivery person rings at more than one flat, only the last one rung can actually open the door, and only if they didn't let go of the button "too early"...
Very annoying!

@Tobi life would be so much easier if it was acceptable to put your phone number on your front door rather than a bell. Particulary around 'being out', 'sleeping babies' and 'it being 2018'...
