it's a c library that through clever use of macros gives you dynamically-typed variables, interfaces, exceptions, lots of stuff

it's, kind of terrifying? it defines "var" as a macro for "void*". the compiler is gonna have no idea what your code is doing

Sometimes you can't ssh to a machine directly, and you must first ssh into another machine first. #ssh recently got an option to make this easier! -J so "ssh -J middle end" will ssh to middle then end, but for you the user it's only one command! #unix #cli
