@kitten This Vox article sums up pretty well what he actually did or actually attempted to do in 2017 alone: https://www.vox.com/identities/2018/1/22/16905658/trump-lgbtq-anniversary
Since then, the most notably outrageous of the things he's done or at least attempted are directing HHS to redefine gender to eliminate trans recognition as a concept: https://www.nytimes.com/2018/10/21/us/politics/transgender-trump-administration-sex-definition.html?smid=tw-nytimes&smtyp=cur - https://www.gq.com/story/trump-war-on-trans-people
And finally convince the only trans celebrity who endorsed him to recognize & admit she was had: https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/caitlyn-jenner-i-thought-trump-would-help-the-lgbtq-community-i-was-wrong/2018/10/25/3c4cd61e-d86a-11e8-83a2-d1c3da28d6b6_story.html
@kitten He hasn't had the chance to reverse gay marriage by legislation yet, thankfully, but he has been busy nominating & appointing federal judges who have moderately to strongly anti-LGBT predilections.
