i just became a *real* isp help desk tech. i've been at this for 15 years, but today for the first time ever, one of my customers asked me about an email bounce message by printing it, scanning the printout sideways, putting the scan in a pdf, and emailing me the pdf. yes, the text of the scanned page was sideways in the pdf.
@JulieSqveakaroo amazingly enough, i have never once gotten that call, even as a prank.
