@oneirofaerie I'm actually taking this myself and it's a very dramatic difference for me at least

@atinyfairy I've always been bad at noticing emotional effects of things. Like when I started hrt, my body changed right away but it was months later that I realised "huh, I guess I do feel different too"

So with like lamotrigin I don't know. 2 years in I was still having the same panic attacks that got me to take it, but I was also in a VERY stressful situation.

I've wanted to quit for a while cause the one thing I do kind of feel is tiredness and brain fog but for all I know I've always had that so ¯\_(シ)_/¯

I might stop and start again, but titration

@oneirofaerie for me, it's an incredibly and immediately obvious difference. If I so much as miss a single day it'll have very dramatic consequences. So probably the effect on you is smaller than it is on me, at least.
Good luck! I'm cheering for you!

@atinyfairy thank you! I'm glad it works so well for you. We'll see what happens with me. <3
