relationships, plurality, advice requested

So, I'm not intimately experienced with plurality, but I have a partner who is plural, and I am friends—but not romantic—with one of their alters. I also have a group chat specifically for my partners, which is a very relaxed, intimate space where I can let my guard down around people I love and trust.
I posted something there, and my partner's alter replied to it, and that made me uncomfortable.

Even if she has access, in some sense, to my partner's experiences and memories, and has access, literally, to the discord account they share, it felt like an invasion of privacy, or at least it disrupted the polite fiction that the space was private.
Is there something I'm missing? Is there a different way of looking at things that I should be aware of?
And what should I do? Should I confront her, and if so, what should I say?
