This is a bit of an odd request but are physical key covers a thing? I seem to remember using a blank one in elementary school to learn typing.

For example, I'm looking to learn bulgarian but I'd like something to lay over my keys so that when I look down I can see the bulgarian phonetic layout on my qwerty keyboard but then if I need to go back to US QWERTY I can just peel it off the keyboard (and switch modes in windows)

Boosts are welcome.
