There's a lot of people I haven't talked to much, but I also never know what to say aside from just catching up with how they're doing lately. And then I look at our chat log and it's just me asking how they're doing over the course of years (and "I'm doing pretty well" on both sides)
I guess it's fine not to poke people if I don't have much to say

@NovaSquirrel I think it can be nice to check up on people and be checked up on ! It's a "I was thinking about you, friend" thing that makes them feel loved and appreciated even if you rarely interact otherwise
