So, I finished my first day of partial hospitalization, and, while I'm not 100% sure, I think it's gonna help a lot. I'm quite a bit more positive about how things are gonna go moving forward. Obviously this won't cure me of my depression (if only, though, right?), but, with some work, I should hopefully be able to be back in my therapist's office a couple weeks from now to maintain progress I make in PHP, as well as work on the less pressing issues that I have to ignore for now.
