No work, no points is well and good for complex calculations. But for single step multiplication or division? If you hold to that, get fucking bent, you bastard.
Also, taking off points for not putting units is all well and good if a student consistently doesn't put units. But if a student has put units on everything else, but forgets to put units on *a single answer*, that's a fuckin' oversight that doesn't deserve to have points taken off for it, don't you fuckin' think?!
And before someone decides to slide into my mentions, I know how science fuckin' works. I'm a junior majoring in physics. I understand what's going on. Well, kinda, but I know enough to call this bullshit out. And it is absolutely bullshit.
