I was so excited to get to watch the first SLS launch too. This is a moment I've been waiting for since elementary school with the Constellation Program and Ares rockets. I was gutted when that was canceled. The Space Launch System may not have been the Constellation Program, but seeing it launch would at least make up for the disappointment I felt back then. Alas, today was not meant to be.
