For the first time in a while, I felt like me today. I have felt really good today. I've even gotten things done today. I've actually got the better part of a personal website. This is weird, given how I've been lately, but I welcome this. I hope it stays. I've missed this.

So, I'm going to *massively* overstep my territory here, both as a white person and as decidedly *not* a graphic designer, but I'm not sure that flag edit works, aesthetically speaking. I'm not exactly sold (though I like the thought), and I feel it might be better to redesign the trans flag entirely, rather than edit it. I've included a mockup of what I think might work, but it needs work and input from BlPOC before it's ready to be used. (So don't go using it yet.)

Embarrassing Aura fact of the day: the Lee Greenwood song (cover of?) God Bless the USA is also in Aura's GPM library. She actually used to like this song and agree with its general political message.

Thankfully, this period of Aura's life is long past her, and she realizes just how stupid her younger self was.
