Ah, yes, christmas, that yearly festival in which I, a satanist, pretend to care about the supposed birthday of the supposed son of god in order to receive material goods. Wonderful.

Making this worse is that when my brother leaves my mom's going to visit my grandparents for a few days, then turning right around to visit some old friends, and I can guarantee no one's going to be taking the appropriate precautions. I'm gonna have to wear my P100 respirator for the next two weeks when she gets back.

And mind you, my brother works pizza delivery and has been working through yesterday and my mom's a teacher who's barely been off work a week. Both of you dumbfucks need to be wearing a mask!!! I shouldn't be the only one following precautions!

Ya know, I'm glad my brother's home for Christmas, but for fuck's sake this family is gonna be the death of me. I am literally the only one wearing a mask or even remotely trying to keep a reasonable distance (in a reasonably large house, mind you, not just a tiny apartment). So, ofc, I've been working on the C library and core utilities. But the big exciting update is that we're close to protected mode and interrupts! It took a lot of fiddling with my code to get it to compile, but we've now got the GDT loaded and should be able to both switch to protected mode and get the IDT set up and loaded to allow us to, well, actually start doing stuff! But, that's for tomorrow. Right now, I'm sleepy fox.

Okay, scratch appointment on Friday. I have to change my primary care doctor for my insurance to cover it, and they don't make that change effective until the start of the next month (maybe the next year, in which case I'm lucky this is happening at the end of the year). So, no appointment until next month :P

Hey, so I got the lab results after my trans clinic appointment yesterday. Fun stuff!
My T's dropped a whole lot! My E's gone up quite a bit! With the change in my meds to 150mg/day spiro and 6mg/day estradiol, those are likely to continue the way they're going.
Unfortunately, my thyroid is fairly fucked. It was barely out of spec before (TSH 4.96), now it's fucked (TSH 14.4). So, I've got a doctor's appointment on friday and will likely need to see an endocrinologist. Fun :P
