so the instructions for these forms say i need to provide them with the filled-out form for the, like, decree once the court makes its decision? like. you're telling me to fill out, in advance, what the court's decision is about this thing, or....

changeling thoughts, good stuff
having intimate ties to, and understanding of, both the mundane and the otherworldly—and especially where they come together. the magic and fantastic artistry of the fae, with the science and practical knowledge of the human. being able to use your power to help others who hurt—a guide for the lost; a home for the abandoned. a subtle, silken strength, tempered through inferno, stronger than steel. being yourself. a life that is, irrevocably and inextricably, yours
changeling thoughts, bad stuff
abandonment. neglect. social mimicry as a necessary survival skill. ostracisation. growing up 'wrong' in a way you can't quite place. the uncomfortable middle ground between being fundamentally different from those around you and yet looking and acting exactly the same. early precociousness devolving into ever-more-hopeless purposelessness, before reaching the realisation you might not survive as you pass into the metamorphosis that finally reveals you to yourself

so apparently the forms that need to be processed first in order to process the forms that actually matter....need to be submitted at the same time? like. i could submit this first set now and work on the other forms while it's being processed bc you can't do anything with them before then. but no. and this information isn't provided with the forms at any point i had to find this out from the person i was going to turn the first set of forms in to now that i filled them out
