@anarchiv writing a paper, or as i like to call it, a rant with sources,
saying that the goal of a trans experience is to be stealth is not only laughably binary thinking but also ignores the history of queer identity. queer and trans people have always fought to be radically visible. liberation happens not when we are able to pass unseen, but when we are seen, acknowledged, and welcomed.

Absolute king.
On July 1, 1943 Willem was executed by Nazis for bombing a Dutch public records office preventing the nazis from identifying a huge number of Dutch Jews.
His last words were "Let it be known that homosexuals are not cowards."
Eternal love and respect. 🖤🏴🗡
trans quote, "passing" +
"There is so much discourse about passing when transitioning should be about gender euphoria and feeling good about who you are, a lot of the time it's about trying to navigate that, like, scary, awful, social... wall. that is put up. Like, trying to figure out how to cross over and become 'a normal person;' and the thing is, I don't, like, want to... look.. normal. I'm not trying to fit in in any sort of way. [And] a general level of acceptance of people that are weird is something that we've been fighting [for]... forever and we're going to continue to fight."
