the "witch cult" hypothesis has been thoroughly debunked and the "9 million" number is a fabrication invented by ahistorical neopagans

Boomers had essentially no class awareness because unions were on the decline and most boomers thought Socialism=Russia which made class Politics almost non existent.
Boomers (who benefited from the Welfare state) thought welfare was anti "Individualist" and embraced Reaganomics

The Boomer's Anti War Movement was less "the military industrial complex must be destroyed" and more "Id rather not fight in a war."
Many white/middle class Boomers thought the Civil Rights act ended racism and were turned off by the Black Power movement cus it wasn't Liberal.
Just learned about a woman in computer science history: Elizabeth Fong. She spent her career at the National Institute for Standards and Technology, and is mentioned as attending data standardization meetings in RFC-316 (1972). She was heavily involved in the effort to standardize SQL in the 1980s.
