so yeah my car won't start
when I turn the key I just get slow clicks
I haven't ruled out the battery but it honestly sounds like the starter is shot
I really can't afford a big repair bill rn

so yeah i'm actually pretty certain it's the battery finally giving out
sure the starter is clicking slowly but that might be because the circuit for detecting the key chip isn't getting enough power
other reasons for it probably being the battery are like, sure the radio and dash lights are able to run but if i turn on the fans? radio and dash lights cut out
also the horn is really quiet

i'm pretty certain it is the battery given how everything else is acting tho

@azushark I really hope so. Batteries are expensive, but easy and a one-time quick fix. Does your insurance come with roadside assist? that's what I used when mine died at the mall

car's parked at home tho so i'm just waiting for my parents to get home since they have the jumper cables in the truck lol

@azushark getting it jumped should help you narrow it down, right? I just had my car battery die, and the uncertainty drove my anxiety through the roof
