got diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, which really fuckin sucks but it explains my fatigue and the occasional discomfort in my right side

but eesh... i really gotta lose weight and get fit... my quality of life kinda depends on it now

I keep waking up with severe pain in my right arm and an inability to move my right hand properly for a good 5 minutes

it's probably cuz of my habit to basically sleep on that arm (I keep it under my pillow for some weird reason, can't fall asleep otherwise) but still...
