i'm a dumbass and somehow thought the scale for combat program levels in Manifest was 1 to 10 instead of 1 to 20

sfw furry art, Calytrix

@Galuade@snouts.online probably very likely given she'll take corporate strike contracts, but Vi is her main target currently

sfw furry art, Calytrix

@Galuade@snouts.online mostly the money, though she also wants to prove that independent bounty hunters can do the job better (debatable)

sfw furry art, Calytrix

@Galuade@snouts.online honestly she probably just dislikes them because they sometimes get in the way of her being able to turn in bounties, that or the main bounty on her head happens to be a contract available to Lotus Pilots ;P

sfw furry art, Calytrix

Calytrix has a strong opinion of Lotus Pilots

sendaen (bounty huntress), weapons

and an updated image of Calytrix showing SkullPiercer

i'd imagine Calytrix has at least one or two bounties on her head because of her brutal tactics and aggressive behavior

@Galuade@snouts.online i just got an idea for a junk diver sendaen named Lucky, send help

Show thread

me: okay i made another sendaen, happy now brain?

my brain: okay but what if another idea for another sendaen

long post, Vi and Calytrix

@Galuade@snouts.online She likely wouldn't align with Lotus's code of conduct, anyway.

long post, Vi and Calytrix

@Galuade@snouts.online Independent, and has probably butted heads with Lotus Pilots before.

She's got rather brutal tactics and doesn't get along with others.

long post, Vi and Calytrix

With this in mind, however, there's another reason why that corporation wants Vi captured: They have data that, if released, could spell disaster for the corporation. Much of this was acquired during their coalescence, though

Calytrix and the other bounty hunters don't know this, and Vi only knows because they still have ties to that corporation's network

long post, Vi and Calytrix

Vi is wanted by one particular corporation because they have the only properly-functioning copy of Disrupt (All other copies just don't work, and the corp needs their data to determine why.)
The bounty for their capture is huge.

Calytrix is one of the bounty hunters looking for them and is also the hottest on their trail.

sendaen (bounty huntress), weapons

WP_BoltCrystal.LV is normally extremely inaccurate on its own, and most individuals would have a hard time putting it to good use.

To compensate for this, Calytrix fashioned an accuracy-boosting passive program PS_SniperEye that effectively acts as an aimbot.

The program is designed so only she can use it, and anyone else somehow getting the code and activating it would quickly find their link integrity deteriorating fast.

@Galuade@snouts.online that may have been me taking a quick look lmao

sendaen (bounty huntress), weapons

Hailstorm: Calytrix can launch multiple crystal-like projectiles at bullet speeds very quickly, but these projectiles are relatively weak

SkullPiercer: Calytrix can launch one (1) long, sharply pointed crystal projectile, again at bullet speeds. This one, however, can cause major damage and even be lethal if it hits the right points.

StunBolt: Calytrix can launch a crystal that crackles with "electricity" and can temporarily paralyze. Slower than the others.

so she's gonna be reworked a bit to, instead of the rifle, have a magic-esque weapon WP_BoltCrystal.LV

again with three modes like before:
-Hailstorm.L4
-SkullPiercer.L9
-StunBolt.L2

@Galuade@snouts.online love this idea

i've been thinking Vi's coalescence occurred in a laptop belonging to one of the lead individuals involved in making the Disrupt weapon, and Calytrix's occurred somewhere in a semi-isolated military network

sendaen (bounty huntress), weapons

Calytrix wears clothes only because it makes getting contracts a bit easier.
