it seems mastodon just like
slowly imports follows one by one instead of just being like "YEAH OK [drops entire batch into db, smashing it into pieces]" which is nice
@boots (also i didn't mean to use @squirrel earlier since that won't go out to other instances)
@squirrelbutt @squirrel other instances can still view the thread iirc its just that they wont see it in their timeline
