I don't really celebrate Xmas but my love does and their partners family is white. I'm helping cook for Xmas meal I'm doing potatoes au gratin. I gotta peel all the potatoes and chop up the onion real small so some people don't notice cause they like onion taste but think they don't like onions. And no real spices, I'm pushing it with goat cheese, chives and marjoram.

@bengesko I have met a couple white people who like heat. No really seasonings tho. I have turned some tho lololol
@budsofstone it's been great being in Brazil and cooking just for me, my partner, and my partner's family, far fewer complains when things have a teaspoon of chili powder in them

@budsofstone RIP. I am VERY lucky; my partner and SIL are both very very white but they LOVE spices, seasonings and HEAT.
