@TheSunnyOne ok so i was on it before i realized I had bipolar, so my experience is not average. But yeah the floaty feeling never really goes away. It helped with the pain but sorta like a nsaid or Tylenol. It helped with fatigue from the pain more. I had to get off of it cause of mania and fair warning the withdrawal symptoms are bad. I wasn't made aware that the withdrawl on average is bad. If its neuropathic pain, Alpha Lipoic Acid OTC at 300-900mg daily works well
