@inherentlee @budsofstone Double-Crested Cormorants. I had to check my bird book, but honestly, if someone knows the Latin they should know the common as well, and for communication's sake I would hope they'd mention it.
@inherentlee sorry, I always think in binominal names cause they are highly specific too the species and people who don't speak English can also find the animal. and I usually add the common name but forgot this time. but yeah double crested cormorant is the English common name
@budsofstone maybe use the common name so ppl reading can even vaguely follow? i don't really want to boost an answer with the latin name...
