Sadly, there's no way to make the story not bigoted, since the author is a bigot.

my purrtners parents have 3 very misbehaving dachshund dogs and I've always heard this particular type of dogs can be more difficult to train and overall these dogs are definitely difficult to manage than the one large dog me and my purrtner have.

The issue in question though is the male dog my purrtners parents got about 2 years ago is not neutered and he is obviously sexually mature now, he will not leave the other 2 daschund dogs or our much larger female dog alone.

This dog is almost constantly going around trying to hump the 2 female daschunds and our much larger dog, but it's not just that he's also basically chasing them around with his nose literally in their butts.

The other dogs often times yelp because he's aggressive with the humping and the sniffing, I'm not sure what to do about this.

Just as an aside, in my 46 years of using public toilets I have never seen anyone else's genitals.
You'd have to really put the effort in to see someone else's bits. You'd have to be peering under the door or over the top of the stall or through the door gap. You'd have to TRY.
Which is how I know all the people who are convinced they'll see a penis in the women's toilets are gross little freaks.

Periodic reminder that hustle culture is corporate propaganda. Do less.
